Terms and Conditions for Prestige Beauty Corp

1. Cancellation Policy

2. Tardiness Policy

6. Medical Records Policy

  • Clients are required to disclose allergies, medications and medical conditions that may affect treatments.

7. Right to Deny Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are intoxicated, exhibit disrespectful behavior, or request contraindicated treatments.

8. Waiver of Right to Sue

  • By receiving services from Prestige Beauty Corp, clients agree to waive their right to sue, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their medical history, medications, skin conditions, and allergies.
  • Following post-treatment care instructions is essential for optimal results.

  10. Deposit Policy

  • To secure certain high-demand appointments or packages, clients may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit.
  • The deposit amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • The deposit will be applied towards the total service cost.
  • Failure to provide the required deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the appointment or package reservation.
  • Deposits can be made through various forms, instructions will be provided during the booking process.
  • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases where Prestige Beauty Corp is unable to fulfill the appointment or package reservation.

 11. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, paypal.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

12. Refunds 

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where Prestige Beauty Corp is found to have engaged in gross negligence.
  • To request a refund, clients must provide clear and documented evidence of gross negligence within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
  • Gross negligence refers to a severe deviation from industry standards and reasonable care, resulting in harm.
  • All refund requests will be thoroughly investigated, and the decision to grant a refund will be at Prestige Beauty Corp's discretion.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly if deemed appropriate and will be issued using the original payment method.

 13. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

14. Rescheduling

  • excessive rescheduling may result in appointment restrictions or termination of client relationship.
